Where's my boat's photo?

If you saw a photographer taking photos for this web site then they may be online. Search for your boat's name online. If you can't find them, it may be that the photo was of poor quality, or that the photo simply hasn't been uploaded yet. Perhaps you could try checking back in a couple of days?

How do I order?

Search for your boat and find the photo(s) that you want to buy. Select the print size you'd like (the prices are repeated on this page) and click "Add to cart". Once you've loaded up your cart with prints, click View Cart on the top right hand side of your screen (if it's closed). Confirm your order is correct, then tap "Google Checkout".

If you've used Google Checkout before, just enter your password, login, review your order and pay. If you haven't, it's quick, easy and free to register. If you have a Google Account or Google Mail email address it's just a case of providing your credit/debit card details; if you don't then you can register for an account (using your existing email address) in a matter of minutes.

You'll receieve email updates as your order is reviewed, your credit/debit card charged and your print dispatched.On your credit/debit card statement your order will be indicated as "Google * MS Boat Photos".

Can I send a Cheque or Postal Order?

For security purposes we cannot accept cheques by post, as we can't see a Cheque Guarentee Card.

To use a postal order, please contact us. Paying by credit/debit card is safer as you don't risk your money with the postal system.

I don't trust Google Checkout. Is there an alternative?

Google Checkout is excpetionally safe. Your transactions are carried using a secure connection, and your credit card details never reach us, the merchant. All transactions are carried out by Google, and the price you see on our web site is the price you'll pay.

How long will the order take to ship?

All orders will be met within 28 days. Your card won't be charged until your order is printed and dispatched - any problems will be resolved first.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if you do so within 48 hours of receiving recipt of your order. To do this, contact us. Products can only be returned if they are wrong or damaged, in which case we will refund and exchange the good.Unfortunaltey we will not accept returns where you have changed your mind about photo or size.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be sent through Royal Mail, by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. It will be packaged so that the photo does not bend, fold or crease, and so that the photo shouldn't be damaged. If it is, contact us then return it to us by normal first class post (to the address in the package), and we'll refund you and provide you with an exchanged package.We don't provide a pre-paid returns envelope, but hope that you find a refund and exchange satisfactory.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, through Recorded Post. This will come at the same time as your normal post but you will need to sign a confirmation of receipt. If you're not at home then you will need to collect the order from your local Royal Mail sorting office.Alternatively, you could specify the address of your workplace as your Delivery Address and pick up your order at work.

My package hasn't arrived yet.

After receiving notice of dispatch, your package should arrive within 3 working days as it is sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. If it hasn't arrived after 5 working days, then contact us and we will resend the package, following a succesful compensation claim from Royal Mail. As the package is sent by Recorded Delivery we know that the package was sent succesfully and that it has been lost en route.

I've changed my mind. Can I return the print?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns where you have changed your mind.

My package contains the wrong print(s) or the print(s) are damaged. Can I return the print(s)?

Firstly, contact us.

If you have the wrong print(s) then you can return them to the address on the invoice inside your package. We will refund you and send you the correct prints, unless you no longer wish to order your prints - if so, indicate your change of mind on your invoice when you return it to us. You are advised to photocopy the invoice for your records before sending it back.

If you're prints are damaged, then return the damaged prints to us. You can keep any undamaged prints in the package. We will refund you and resend you the correct prints, unless you no longer wish to order your prints - if so, indicate your change of mind on your invoice when you return it to us. You are advised to photocopy the invoice for your records before sending it back.

The refund will appear in your Google Account, and will move to your credit/debit card account. From your Google Account you will be able to see a reference as to what you paid, and what was refunded.
