Forced Data Collection

Whenever you visit this web site there is certain data that is collected about you. By default, we find out your IP address and store this in a log. Shipping Policy

MS Boat Photos will only ship to the United Kingdom. Postage prices indicated are only valid for England, Wales and Scotland.Where postage and packaging will cost more than the amount stated (normally £3), then MS Boat Photos will contact you regarding the difference.

MS Boat Photos aim to ship within 28 days of receipt of your order. Packages will be shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will need to sign to confirm receipt of your package.

Cancellation Policy

An order may only be cancelled up to 48 hours after placing the order. After this time expires the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Prints cannot be returned when the buyer has a change of mind regarding the image used or the size of print, unless they are returning their prints for either of the reasons below:

If you have the wrong print(s) then you can return them to the address on the invoice inside your package. We will refund you and send you the correct prints, unless you no longer wish to order your prints - if so, indicate your change of mind on your invoice when you return it to us. You are advised to photocopy the invoice for your records before sending it back.

If you're prints are damaged, then return the damaged prints to us. You can keep any undamaged prints in the package. We will refund you and resend you the correct prints, unless you no longer wish to order your prints - if so, indicate your change of mind on your invoice when you return it to us. You are advised to photocopy the invoice for your records before sending it back.

The refund will appear in your Google Account, and will move to your credit/debit card account. From your Google Account you will be able to see a reference as to what you paid, and what was refunded.
